Co-Owner
Kristie enthusiastic attitude and strong leadership skills have allowed her to excel in property management and real estate. She has managed a diversity of properties from Low Income Housing Tax Credit to Class A Luxury properties for over a decade throughout TN and NC. This has actively allowed Kristie to be involved in many facets of the Real Estate industry. Kristie’s real estate career has also allowed her to work with investors and manage single family homes and multi-family units. Her experience in property management, has allowed her to successfully complete multiple new construction lease ups as well as a property rehabilitation project. Her strong customer service skills has allowed her to maintain high occupancy percentages along with resident retention. Kristie’s dedication and passion for the industry speaks volume as she continues to give tireless effort to deliver excellence to clients and residents.

Marshica has been working in different facets of North Carolina real estate for over 12 years specializing in both management and sales of both residential and commercial properties. Marshica’s friends, family and clients would describe her as detail oriented and fun to be around. She enjoys spending time with her husband of 22 years and two sons, adorable pets, working out, riding her bike and travelling. Marshica has always been passionate about real estate having come from a long line of family members who had acquired land and commercial properties. She specializes in managing, buying and selling with an emphasis on marketing and consulting for investment purposes. Marshica possesses the ultimate “can do” attitude while taking on tasks and working with clients with positive energy and a wonderful smile. Her upbeat personality and engaging personal style enable’s her to interact effectively with residents, vendors, and staff alike.
Marshica with her 12 plus years of experience has immersed herself in education every chance she gets much to the benefit of her clients in the insurance, sales and property management industry.
